Return & Refund Policy — T&K Boutique & More
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at tkboutique9@gmail.com. Please send 5 photos showing the item in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your email with all required information, we can offer two options:
- A free reprint
- A full refund
There is no need to send the item back to us.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. Please reach out with any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges We don't offer exchanges at this time.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we've reviewed your email and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at tkboutique9@gmail.com.
