How long does shipping take? All of our products are made to order just for you! Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order? Because our products are custom printed on demand, we don't accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right! Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

What sizes do you carry? Our apparel is available in a wide range of sizes. Please refer to the size chart on each product page to find your best fit.

Can I cancel or change my order? Orders go into production quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned as we may expand in the future!

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Will my items come in gift packaging? Our items are shipped in standard packaging. If you're sending a gift, we recommend adding a personal note at checkout!

How do I know my order was placed successfully? You'll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at tkboutique9@gmail.com.

Are your products ethically made? We partner with print-on-demand suppliers who follow responsible manufacturing practices. Each item is made with care, just for you.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order? Yes! If you're interested in ordering multiple items for an event, fundraiser, or as gifts, please reach out to us at tkboutique9@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Do your shirts run true to size? Our shirts tend to run true to size, but we always recommend checking the size chart on each product page for the most accurate fit. When in doubt, size up!

Can I request a custom design? We love the idea! Reach out to us through our Contact page with your idea and we'll see what we can do.

How do I care for my shirt? To keep your print looking great, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the print.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption and we never store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely.

Do you donate any proceeds to charity? T&K Boutique & More was founded in memory of two very special family members who loved helping people. We are exploring ways to give back in their honor — stay tuned for updates!
